Cementex OEW-16 high voltage double-insulated open end wrench is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This 1/2" box end wrench is 6" long and features an insulated high-visibility handle with cushion grip. Ideal for use around energized bus bars, back-up batteries and in power systems in central office facilities.Â
