Cementex OEW-20 high voltage double-insulated open end wrench is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This 5/8" box end wrench is 7-1/4" long and features an insulated high-visibility handle with cushion grip. Ideal for use around energized bus bars, back-up batteries and in power systems in central office facilities.Â
