The Ladder Safety Strap will prevent ladders from:
• Kicking out
• Sliding down
• Blowing over in wind
The Webbing:
• Has a 4,100 pound breaking strength
• Is made of polyester
• Has excellent UV & abrasion resistance
• Is resistant to many chemicals.
Note: Polyester stretches less than nylon and is superior
to nylon for this particular application.
The LSS-150 may be the only strap of its kind to use a heavy duty polyester thread, which has been
tested on this webbing by McGill Laboratories at a 3,000 pound breaking strength.
The completed Ladder Safety Strap (23 feet in length) has been tested and is certified to be safe for
loads of up to 375 pounds on a ladder with a load rating of that same amount. Note: the safety of the
ladder is increased but the strength of the ladder is not.Â
