Pelsue Manhole Cover Lifters are a lightweight, one-piece tool for any job site. Features a special handle for better grip and a built-in scraper for removing dirt or ice. Designed with a heat-treated hook that can lift manhole covers equipped with a hole. The hook locks into the handle when not in use. Available with an optional chain and hook for convenient and compact storage (model 2775C).
