Cementex IB38-3 High Voltage 3" Extension Bar is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This insulated 3/8" square drive extension bar is designed to extend the reach of Cementex 3/8" drive torque wrenches, ratchet wrenches and sockets. It is made of steel, double insulated, 3" in length, and high-visibility orange in color.
